All products are fine art photographic prints produced according to the specifications selected at the time of purchase, including size, material and finish.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen used to view the images.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including Squarespace Payments and PayPal.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Prints are produced and prepared for shipment after an order is received.

Where applicable, production and fulfilment may be handled by a professional third-party printing and logistics partner.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the purchase process.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs, weather, or transport disruptions, may occasionally occur. Where possible, we will notify you of any known delays in advance.

5. Returns, Withdrawal & Damaged Products

Consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email within the applicable period.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Product Conformity

All prints are produced to match the product description and specifications selected at the time of purchase.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, artwork, text and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Maurizio Musumeci, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The purchased artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider and is not stored directly by us where the payment provider handles the transaction.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport problems, customs procedures, extreme weather or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Italian and European Union law.

Where a dispute involves a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules and jurisdiction applicable to the consumer's country of residence will apply where required by law.
